TechTOOLS Memory Card update error is received

DESCRIPTION

The following memory cards are used with the DRBIII (Diagnostics Readout Box):

• Supercard 1
• Supercard 2
• Sebring Stratus 2 Door (ST22)
• Dodge Sprinter NAFTA
• Crossfire

If error message is received while updating any of the above cards then the following troubleshooting steps should be followed:

1. Remove and re-insert Memory Card from DRBIII
2. Insure write-protect switch on card is set to Un-Protected (Off) position (See picture below)
3. Redo Memory Card update
